Prayer times

Hi I’m a practicing muslim and the place where i live has asr time an hour apart for standard and Hanafi. So the standard time is 4:04pm while Hanafi is 5:20. I’m confused as to which one to follow as I don’t follow a particular sect. For now I’ve just been pinging back and forth between these timings as per my convenience which I feel is wrong.
