Strange compromise for the BW rework: dont give her an "Ultimate"

Put that pitchfork down and wait a bit before you burn me at the stake, hear me out. The new rework does seemingly make her more consistant from a gameplay standpoint at a hit to her sniper playstyle, but it is a net positive from that reguard. In an effort to preserve her sniper niche (also because its confirmed to still be unable to oneshot) her Sniper mode Ult should have a lower charge cost compared to other ultimates, with refund for ending early depending on shots remaining. Basically her ultimate should feel like a longer cooldown similar to launch deadpool's ultimate (although his ult felt like his shortest cooldown tbh). Lower it to 4 shots or something with each shot remaining refunding 15% of her ult charge (so only to 60% for not firing, so she cant just pre engage her ult freely and cancel). Probably gonna get hate for this idea but idc, but i'll try to have an open mind going into her rework, such a drastic change will take some adjusting so we can atleast give it a shot ourselves like reasonable adults. Remember just cause a streamer you watch said their opinion doesnt mean you have to agree with it.
