Help unable to log on Leap

Hi i bought a convention ticket from a friemd. Got confirmation email and QR code.

Am not able to log in to Leap . Always get an error mesdage on invalid login or password. Resetting padsword does not help.Have raised ticket support. No reply.

Anyone knows a way to contact rhem or Wizards about it? Tickets are selling out.

Will there be a way to buy tickets on site? I guess everything will be handled ghrough Leap?
