What is the best casino in Southern California?

To be the best casino is the one that is the cleanest and best maintained and where I don't feel dirty just walking inside. I absolutely can't stand the stale cigarette smell I find at most casinos and am looking for a place where I can breathe easy (literally) while having fun. Any suggestions?
