6 weeks ago something flew into me

I know I'm being paranoid, but I recently was reading an article, and I think something triggered a rabies anxiety.

On May 23rd, we were at a friend's gathering; they have a home in Ontario surrounded by woods. They did talk about finding a bat once in there, but not that time, not even that month. But I was outside in the afternoon. I don't recall if I was sitting on the patio or walking on the grass to get something, but I felt something at the time that felt big hit my eye, but all I really remember is that it really made an impact on my eye. I was even rubbing my eye for a while after.I never looked at it, but I just remember going inside after about an hour and asking my wife to check my eye. She doesn't recall anything wrong with it; she doesn't even recall it being red. So I know this doesn't qualify for a rabies exposure since I never actually saw a bat, but what can help with the anxiety?
