How to get my account back?

Hi, I deleted my Pokemon TCG application by accident so i downloaded it again and now idk how to get my account back.

I have my ID but i don't think I've ever put a password. Neither do i remember putting any email address.

Should i contact Nintendo? I've seen another reddit thread and ppl seemed to say it didn't do anything so idk

What can I do?
