Difference in difficulties

Having just Gommaged >!Clea!< accidentally ruining the fight I am wondering if I should up the difficulty to expert. I am playing on expeditoneer. The information I found online says that it's just damage and health which is the worst way to up the difficulty imo. But the tooltips suggest parrying and dodging is tighter.

So my question is: Does Expert increase only damage and HP or does it tighten the parry and dodge windows?
