July 2026 Immigration holiday closures

IMMIGRATION CLOSURES JULY 2026

ALL Immigration offices will be closed the following days:

Tuesday - 28th
Wednesday - 29th
Thursday - 30th

That means that week they are only open Monday and Friday.

Remember if you have a stamp expiring on a day the office is closed (weekends or holidays) and you go to the office the very next day they're open you can get your extension like normal and not be charged for overstay.
Entry/Exit points to thailand (land borders/airports) are open like normal, they don't close for holidays.

It is highly recommended to avoid going to immigration the day before or after holiday closures, as it is normally very busy.

If you need an extension, you can apply 30 days early at most immigration offices, so plan ahead.
