CashInStyle Restrictions

Just a bit confused on the restrictions? If i earn the funds from offer does this mean I can't withdraw for 30 days?

Restrictions: The offer is suspended for 24 hours to verify activity. Note - Do not withdraw funds within the first 30 days otherwise reward will cancel
