Classic upstairs noisy neighbor

Whats the usual method of dealing with a noisy upstairs neighbor? Upstairs neighbor was blasting music until 1:00am, where i could hear and feel the bass in my room and clearly hear the music and lyrics outside their door- tried knocking but they didn’t respond.

Should i just go talk to them after work or go straight to the building management? Took video of the music and sound from my apartment
