Help my bears arnt respawning.

I’ve been grinding black bears on srp using the 4 lake method with 2 jumper lakes and im now 700 ish kills in looking for my first great one. However my bears now just seem to be bouncing to random lakes around the map every couple of runs. I’ve tried killing them and they do come back to the zone but only for 1-5 kills. Can anyone give me some advice on how to fix this or is my grind cooked?
