30k real Instagram followers but getting almost no views. Am I shadowbanned?

I have around 30,000 followers on Instagram, and they're real followers that I gained over time—not bought or fake.

The problem is that my reels are barely getting any views anymore. Even my followers don't seem to be seeing my content. My engagement has dropped massively compared to before.

I haven't received any warnings from Instagram, but I'm starting to think I might be shadowbanned?

Has anyone else experienced this?
