New DOOM player here, I need help

Hi DOOM community, I've just a day ago I finished playing DOOM 1 for the first time in my life, I was wondering what I should play next.

The DOOM 1 + 2 launcher contains some expansions and I'm a bit lost on what would be correct to play next, what I've theorized is that

I go to Sigil 1 + 2
Then Evilution + Plutonia
Go to DOOM 2 and.. I'm not sure about the other options, master levels of doom 2, no rest for the living and legacy of rust.

So could anyone help me figure this out? Or should I just play them by release order?
