im so frustrated. pleaseee helpp me!

i last had my periods on 20th may. it was a normal 7 day one and i had a non piv sex, genital rubbing with panties and underwear on 30th may.

on 2nd july, i saw a little brown blood with white discharge, used pad, there was nothing whole day. on 3rd july, i saw significant blood in white discharge in the morning, then nothing the whole day even on pad. after that till date i am just having white discharge with no period like symptom except bloating.

pleasee helpp me reassure if this is normal? or there is a chance of pregnancy?

my prior cycles were 43days, 37 days and 30 days.
