Monsoon hairfall......

I would not say its hairfall but in monsoon whenever i take shower i usually see 3 to 4 hairs on my hands and even though i didnt saw my hair breaking but this season i am seeing some hairs while shower in my hand and asked my mom but she replied its just seasonal hair shedding and i got some relief but do u guys get same thing ?
