Need easy to clean high chair. BLW is getting on my nerves. Just wanna buy something asap

Okay so we started solids for my baby and he is making sure to give us the hardest time during meals. It's a mess and food spills everywhere. I just cleaned my carpet and now i am writing this post. But before i buy one i am looking for an easy to clean highchair so i dont have to deal with these spills. There are soo many options so even finding a good one is also overwhelming. I liked dinrpl chair that looks easy to clean and is also 2 in 1 like gets converted into toddlr towerr later on. but my husband says we should get a normal one because kids dont use thingss like this when they grow upp.

But my frugal self keeps thinking why just get a highchair when i can get both a highchair+toddlr towerr in almost the same place

please help like do i need convertible ones? And are they all easy to clean?

Do i need to check something for that?
