I have a question about dissonance boosts.

So It might be a dumb question but I dont know 100% so I figured I would ask to be sure lol.

So for example my dissonance boosts for tier 1 is attack - 1.67 / defense - 1.56 / eco - 1.86 / UW - 1.72 right now because I only did it maybe once for each one. But my question is, do I get those boosts only if I am doing a dissonance run ? Or do I get those boosts on a regular run now ? Please help lol 😆
