If you could permanently blacklist one mortgage lender forever, who would it be and why?

I’m at my foking wits’ end with thr situation I’m in with my lender over a VA home loan.

It’s been an absolute cage match and I’m ready to tap out jfc. I’ve sent them the same DD-214, LES and bank statements three times because they somehow get vaporized in their stupid portal. They won’t answer emails for days on end. My closing date has been pushed back THREE TIMES now because of unexpected delays they can’t or won’t explain.

I feel like I'm dealing with a shady used car lot outside the front gate of Camp Lejeune.

This company has plastered digital camo all over their website, wrap themselves in a flag and claim to know wtf they're doing then treat you like a number the second they've got you on the line.

I'm not looking for recommendations but I want to know I'm not alone and I want to hear your horror stories.
