Sage Barista Pro - No water from any outlet. Please help

Hi all

Would really love some help to fix my Sage Barista Pro. I’ve had it for a year and never had any issues with it until this morning. No water is coming out from any hole whether that’s the steam wand, main coffee or the hot water.

It sounds like it’s trying to pull water out and sounds like the pump is definitely working but nothing comes out. Do you have quick fixes or will I have to send it to Sage ☹️
