Tingling in different parts of body

F28 5’3 152lbs no smoking, drinking or drugs. No medical conditions other than anxiety/panic attacks. I was on Paxil 40mg a day but stopped cold turkey the beginning of May after losing my insurance due to starting a new job just now got insurance but Dr wait is long.
For about a week I will get tingling in different parts of my body. Like pins and needles. During the day I get it in my hands, arms sometimes my face or stomach. At night I get it in my legs and feet. It’s not constant. It comes and goes. I have been very anxious the past 2 weeks if that can cause anything. I also read that stopping Paxil suddenly can cause tingling months after stopping but I didn’t notice if that was common/ true.
