Paderborn MS CS admit

Hi everyone,
I have an admit for the M.Sc. Computer Science at the University of Paderborn, and I’m waiting for decisions from TU Dresden, Passau, TU Chemnitz, and Hildesheim.
My profile:
B.E. in Computer Science (VTU)
CGPA: 8.5/10
2 years of experience as a Software Engineer

Should I start my education loan and visa process now, or wait for the remaining admits?

Also, how is the M.Sc. Computer Science program at Paderborn in terms of academics, internships, and job opportunities? Would you choose Paderborn, or is it worth waiting for TU Dresden or Passau?
