Liar's Handshake build at the end of Destiny

Discussion

With the end of support for Destiny 2, i'm making forever builds. This brings me to Liar's Handshake arc hunter build, which has been most fun i've had in Destiny. And this is coming from a warlock main. Problem is, last time i played it was in Into the Light update, during which i stopped playing D2 until this final Moments of Triumph update.

So now i need advice on making that build be up to date. Mainly on possible changes to fragments and armor mods and what artifact perks fits most with the build. So, here's my build as it is currently.

Abilities/aspects/fragments Gathering Storm, Gambler's Dodge, Combination Blow, Pulse Grenade, Lethal Current, Flow State, Spark of Resistance, Spark of Shock, Spark of Ions, Spark of Feedback

Armor mods Helmet - 2x Hands On, Harmonic siphon Gauntlets - Heavy Handed, 2x Impact Induction Chest - Arc/Solar Resistance, Concussive Dampener Leg - Recuperation, Better Already, Absolution Cloak - 2x Bomber, Powerful Attraction

Artifact Tablet of Ruin Dielectric, Photonic Flare, Elemental Siphon, Gold From Lead, Flashover, Limit Break, Elemental Supercharger

I'm planning on getting 4 set Luminopotent armor and for stats, i'm aiming for 100 class and 160-180 melee but i'm not sure on how much i should invest on other stats. As for weapons, only things set in stone is having kinectic shotgun with One-Two Punch or Trench Barrel and arc primary weapon. Heavy weapon is bit of an open question. Currently running Imperial Decree, Ikelos_SMG_V1.0.3 and Thunderlord.
