What restoration works are currently going on around the country?

I am finally visiting Georgia next month! (it’s been my dream ever since I was a child). I was finalising my itinerary when I read that several sites are currently being restored. (Which I’m glad that they are being protected, but a bit bittersweet for me as a history and photography enthusiast). I was wondering what major sites are currently off limits/covered by scaffolding around the country, and perhaps any alternatives I can visit. მადლობა!
