10 days waiting for review. Is this the new normal?

I am trying to publish my app since March. I had several rejections because of my fault - forgeting to include terms and conditions and some crashes and so on. Thats fine however the review time is taking 10 days each time. Just two corrections put me in the waiting for review since 1 month now. Is this only me or everyone is the same?

For context it's my first app I am trying to publish. I've built it mostly without AI help except the last 3-4months. It's in the productivity/wellness category.
