Hi everyone,
I’m considering purchasing a 5 marla house in E-18 (Gulshan-e-Sehat) or Airport Enclave and would love to hear from people who live there or know these areas well.
How are they in terms of:
Water supply
Gas availability
Internet (fiber)
Security
Road infrastructure
Family environment and population
Any hidden issues or things to be aware of
Long-term investment and resale value
Rent??

Which one would you recommend and why?
