Daughter has „obsessions“ with my body?

So I hope you will understand what I am about to explain. My daughter (4,5 years old, diagnosed ASD, GLP with severe speech delay and PDA profile) has always been very attached to me in particular, emotionally and physically. Until about 2-3 months ago this was only in regards to cuddling, kisses and regular affection. Over the last few months she has started the following I would almost say compulsions that she only wants to do with my body: taking my arm and hanging on it like a monkey, putting my arm between her legs and pressing really hard, licking my arms or my back and now also pinching my skin very hard. Especially the arm in between the legs not only hurts but makes me deeply uncomfortable. When I try to pull away and explain to her calmly that it hurts mama and that I don’t want that she just gets really upset and follows me around to do it on my leg. I have tried to give her alternatives Like a hobbyhorse thing or something but she refuses anything but my arm. Our OT said behaviors like this can be normal for ASD kids but that I should just try to not let her do it if I don’t like it. Has anyone else experienced something similar? I am mostly scared that she will someday try to do that to someone else
