[Tiny Toon Adventures] Why is Daffy Duck still in jail at the end of "Who Bopped Bugs Bunny"?

The episode continues the time honored joke where the universe hates Daffy Duck. Among other things, the room he gets is a janitor's closet, and he is arrested for kidnapping Bugs Bunny based on flimsy evidence, simply because it looks like he stole Bugs' award.

And of course at the end of the episode, even when the real culprit for kidnapping is caught, Daffy is still in prison. What happened, was Daffy left in prison because nobody liked him?
