Zoladex timing after chemo

Hello everyone,

I was diagnosed with Stage 1 IDC ER/PR + Her2-, grade 3. Had mastectomy and currently going through TC chemo due to high grade and Oncotype score. Next step is endocrine therapy ( not looking forward to menopause at 41).
Anyway, my oncologist told me that eventually I have just few options: Tamoxifen, Tamoxifen + OS, and AI+OS. He said I can start with just Tam, but I’m a bit nervous doing the “minimum” option given my high grade. In my mind, starting Zoladex after chemo already inducing menopause ( even if it’s temporary) might be “easier” vs “getting back to normal” and then still shutting down my ovaries for the next 3-5-10 years.
Please share your experience if someone started zoladex right after chemo, and it my thought process makes sense?
