EPFO Form 31 claim showing “myidname is blocked for claim filing. Cannot proceed” – Need help!

Hi everyone,
I’m trying to file a claim under Form 31 for the past 4 days but keep getting stuck. I haven’t withdrawn any amount from my PF account recently, but every time I try to submit the claim, it shows this error:
“myidname is blocked for claim filing. Can not proceed”
Has anyone faced this issue before? What should I do to resolve it?
• Is there a way to unblock it myself?
• Do I need to contact EPFO or my employer?
• Any helpline numbers or steps that worked for you?
