iMessage and FaceTime

I work in a busy realty office and for a loan officer. I’m on my phone all the time, my iMessage and FaceTime got shut off by Apple because someone said it was spam.. yes I have talked to people at the Apple Store and apple support on the phone and they say I have to wait.. but what the AF!
