Anyone here explored Rosewood City in Sector 49 Gurgaon?

I’ve been looking at different residential areas around Gurgaon, especially places that feel a bit more settled and family-friendly instead of only focusing on new high-rise projects. One name that keeps coming up is Rosewood City in Sector 49.

From what I understand, the location seems fairly practical because it has access to Sohna Road, Golf Course Extension Road, South City 2, Malibu Town, and other established areas nearby. For someone looking at long-term living, that kind of connectivity matters more than just fancy amenities on paper.

I’m also noticing that many buyers are comparing independent floors and low-rise homes around this belt instead of going only for apartments. Privacy, parking, road width, maintenance, and construction quality seem to be the main things people are checking before making a decision.

Has anyone here personally visited Rosewood City or nearby builder floors in Sector 49? How is the actual living experience, road condition, parking situation, and overall neighbourhood vibe?
