Boss Lady Said Gamepass was a Failure How Can They Make it Successful

First please don’t just say backwards compatibility. That’s another whole conversation. Whatever games they make BC could potentially join GP. Now based on her comments GP didn’t hit its mark with gamers thus bringing in the 70 million they hoped for. Hypothetically what could they do to bring in let’s say 20 more million within the next 2-3yrs. I know for a lot price is probably the main contributing factor. Besides price what can they do to get GP flying off the shelf’s?
