Boardnetz gestört Gelb / Rot
About three weeks ago, a new software update for the high-voltage battery was released. The very next day, a serious issue occurred: the high-voltage battery was no longer being cooled, and while charging, its temperature reached as high as 59°C.
As a result, the vehicle had to be towed to the dealership. Initially, I was provided with a Volvo as a courtesy car, which has since been replaced with an Audi.
The Porsche Centre first replaced the inverter, but after that, the vehicle stopped responding completely. Today, after three weeks, it was finally transferred to a Porsche Centre with a dedicated high-voltage battery workshop. I have now been informed that the repair is expected to take until August.
Has anyone else experienced something similar?
What makes this even more disappointing is that we have only owned the car since the end of April this year. Before this, we had a Panamera Hybrid, which had to be taken to the workshop five times within eight months due to hybrid system faults.
