A week on steroids after larygitis - voice has gotten worse

Hello, my voice was about 80% back but was getting easily fatigued after about an hour or so of talking. Because I had a business meeting for this week, my doctor gave me steroids to calm it down. My voice has gotten so much more worse than before. What should I do?
