Inquiries about what to bring during the pnle board exam this August

Hi! I would like to ask..I have this Mongol 2 pencil with name engraved on it. Is it okay to use it during boards? Also, are we allowed to bring wallets? If not, where should I put my money instead? Would you recommend for me to buy a transparent bag or just put everything inside the transparent envelope? Can I bring a handkerchief with me? I heard it should be plain. Is there any required color? (Sorry guys I'm sort of overthinking. I don't wanna leave my belongings outside that's why I wanna know what else I could bring inside the examination room)
