Need a spell to remove obstacles

Im interested in a person and strongly believe he is interested in me as well, but due to personal circumstances cannot approach me and it is not useful for me to approach either.

I am not looking to invoke or amplify feelings or a certain experience, simply to remove any obstacles standing in our way and for the good of all to be able to cross roads again, however that may turn out.

Can anybody help or give me any ideas?
