Choose MSE in NTU or study CS in Monash Malaysia?

Recently, I get an offer from NTU on Bachelor in Material Engineering with a minor in Business (no scholarship). However, I realised that I like computer science more as I am interested in game development and AI stuff. I dont really like Material Engineering as I think I am not going to study master in future. Many people say dont study Material Engineering if u just study in bachelor degree because the future job likely to be a factory job (Process engineer). I think I am the person who dont really like factory work (I prefer to stay at office to do office job) so I appeal to change programme to Computer Science.

However, NTU rejected me this morning and now all my plan becomes rubbish. I have decided to visit CS faculty in game development, ai and VR stuff and plan to learn more stuff there. BUT MY PLAN ALL GONE!!! I do not know now what should I do now.... I am thinking whether or not to appeal again but I think the result will still be the same. I am also thinking whether or not to withdraw NTU and study computer science in Monash but I really prefer higher QS ranking because more resources. And also, I am thinking whether or not to study for the 1st semester in NTU then apply to change programme to CS but the possibility is very very very low...I scare that if I did not apply successfully that time I have to chance to go to other university already as it really waste my time and parent's money...

Can anyone share me their experience when changing programme. I really need those experience to decide what should I do....
