Question: Cyproheptadine and Mirtazapine

Main symptom: genital numbness (loss of erogenous sensation) since 2013 from Citalopram.
Currently taking 16 mg Cyproheptadine a day (split in 3 doses 4/4/8), at 2nd week of 4.
Doctor gave me 15 mg daily prescription of Mirtazapine to try.
Will combining the drugs give any beneficial/broader 5-ht2a/5-ht2c antagonistic effects, or should I use one at a time?
If anything else helped you with this specific symptom, please let me know. Only recently learned about PSSD.
