I got meghnad saha in r1. My rank is 38k, I want to go for fresh choice filling in round 2. Then do I still need to go for physical verification in MSIT? I'm trying to get NSEC cse , ai/ml or ece. Do I need to pay the seat allotment fee now or can I pay in round 2 after fresh choice filling?
