Dreamhost - Remixer Issues : unable to publish

I've been a DreamHost customer for over 5 years and have used their services for many different projects. More recently, I've been using Remixer, and my experience has been extremely frustrating.

At the beginning of the month, I ran out of AI credits. While I understand that limits exist, this wasn't clearly communicated when I started using the platform. The impression was that I could build freely. When I contacted support, they told me to wait until the end of the month for my credits to reset. Fine—I waited nearly three weeks.

During those three weeks, I was already falling behind on work because I couldn't continue development. To make things worse, even the manual editor stopped working. I reported this as well, and the explanation I received was that my project was "too complex." The changes I needed to make weren't complex at all.

Finally, when my credits were reset, I made the required changes—but then I couldn't publish my project because the build kept failing. This completely blocked me. Prompt edits became useless because I couldn't deploy, and manual edits were pointless for the same reason.

The most frustrating part isn't even the bug—it's the support experience. This publishing issue has now been ongoing for over a week. I haven't received a meaningful update, an ETA, or even a clear explanation of what's happening. Every response feels generic, as if nobody is actually investigating the issue.

For a platform that's supposed to help people build and deploy applications, availability and reliability are critical. If publishing doesn't work, the entire workflow comes to a halt. This has had real consequences for my work, my deadlines, and my clients.

I'm posting this to see if anyone else using Remixer has experienced similar issues. Have you run into publishing failures or long periods without meaningful support? How did you get them resolved?
