PGT Testing

32 years old, 1 living child, 1 missed miscarriage (we did not genetic test it) Both pregnancies from iui. We are looking at moving to ivf. I’m not sure if I should PGT test. We have unexplained secondary infertility. I have slightly low AMH at 1.9. My husband is pretty much fine. i’m on the fence, while I don’t want to go through another miscarriage I know even a PGT tested embryo can fail to implant or you can still miscarry.
