persistent facial redness and enlarged pores not improving

my skin has been dealing with ongoing redness across the cheeks and nose that flares up with heat, stress or even mild products, along with quite visible enlarged pores and rough texture. it started getting worse a couple of years ago and hasn’t really settled despite trying to simplify my routine. i’ve used gentle cleansers, niacinamide, azelaic acid and even saw a dermatologist back home who prescribed some creams, but nothing has made a lasting difference and my skin still feels irritated and uneven most days.

i have an appointment in three weeks at lalian cheongdam clinic in seoul for a proper consultation with 3d skin imaging. they mentioned possibly looking at laser treatments or skin boosters depending on what they see.

has anyone dealt with similar long-term redness combined with enlarged pores? what actually helped reduce the flushing and improve texture? also, for treatments like rf microneedling or broadband light, how much downtime is typical and is it generally safe for sensitive skin that reacts easily?
