Sanctioned, Heatwave Appointment

Hi,

Does anyone have any advice regarding this, my appointment dropped during the heatwave 2 weeks ago, as most know some electronics were having the Fritz although in this case, it was likely the website on the Fritz.

Anyway I had an appointment at 15:45 on the 26th of June, I had been on the website as I had to do a to do list item 5 minutes before my appointment, I then joined the appointment, it took me to the Attend a Video Appointment page and I just waited as you do when waiting for your advisor, it got to the appointment time, no advisor, I thought ok they might be late as I've had 1 appear 30 minutes late before so I waited, we got to 16:05 then I receive a text saying you have failed your appointment. As you can imagine I'm shocked as I've waiting 25 minutes, I immediately screenshot the page, I reply to the giving a reason note and explain I've been waiting 25 minutes but no one showed up and I took a screenshot. Never heard anything back until today when I've received a sanction letter.

Now I'm pretty much shocked, confused and honestly feeling like they've ignored my reason kr not give it due consideration considering I screenshot it and no one even asked for it.

If anything I'm just wondering what other people would do here. I have an appointment tomorrow but losing potentially £111.20 isn't exactly giving me the greatest mental state we honestly I'm utterly terrified.

I've got autism and I genuinely don't know how to deal with this.
