New AC unit

Just purchased a Carrier 3 ton central air unit to replace my 4 ton, 20 year old central air system. House is 2300sqft bungalow and was told 4 tons was too big and 3 should work. Yesterday was 28°C and humid in Ontario and my new system ran for 22.5hrs (according to my Nest). Is that normal? Along with that, I’m getting water pooling at the bottom of my furnace. I assume it’s a condenser drain problem.
Any suggestions?
