Where did the whole "Carson 'Carson Hocevar' Hocevar" thing start?

I love it, especially when I see it on reels like SVG's Sonoma victory, where someone had commented "Shane 'Carson 'Carson Hocevar' Hocevar' Van Gisbergen", but where did the whole trend of double quoting his name start?

Thanks in advance folks!
