Flexible Schedule Job Ideas?

I am looking for a second job for extra money over my current job. However, my schedule is different every week so I can’t work the same consistent days. It would be nice to have something that lets me pick up last minute shifts as well, pay doesn’t need to be high.

I did take a look at gig-work/food delivery, but I’d like to know what else is out there.
