Need advice regarding Online BCom + ACCA (Tier-3 city, limited budget)

I'm really confused and would appreciate some advice.

I'm from a tier-3 city, and there aren't any good colleges here that offer an integrated BCom + ACCA program. My original plan was to do BCom along with ACCA, but since there isn't an integrated program, I won't get the ACCA exemptions.

My goal is to complete ACCA by the time I finish my bachelor's degree, so the exemptions are important to me. Because of that, I'm considering doing an online BCom + ACCA integrated program instead.

Another concern is my budget. I can spend a maximum of around ₹2–3 lakh, so doing BCom and ACCA completely separately might be difficult for me. I've also heard that some integrated programs include coaching, but I'm not sure how that works.

Is anyone here in a similar situation, or is anyone currently pursuing an online BCom + ACCA program? If yes, I'd really appreciate your advice. You can also DM me if you're comfortable.
