DayZ Editor - mods?

I’m experimenting with the DayZ editor to improve the map experience. Is there an easy way, or a mod that allows me to add loot spawns to buildings? Basically, I place a building from Chernarus or Livonia, but it always ends up empty. I’d like them to spawn random loot just like other buildings of the same type. Is there a quick and simple way to do this? Are there any editor mods that make it easier?
