[F4M] My one hall pass

My relationship is nothing to write home about. It started out all lovey dovey and full of performative gestures, as they all tend to do. With time, my partner's actual personality surfaced. A year later, we are stuck in a web of lies, routine and nonsensical arguments that always culminate in the lamest of makeups.

However, this time it was different.

My partner fucks up. Majorly so. For the first time, the comfortable foundations of our relationship are trembling. It looks like, at long last, both of us will be free to pursue our lives in more productive ways. In his desperation, he offers me a deal: a hall pass. Anyone is game, on the condition that it happens only once and that he never learns about whether I use it and with whom.

I saw the fear in his eyes, the realisation that he does not deserve me and is willing to do anything to keep me by his side. While I could sleep with anyone after dumping him, it just would not hit the same way, so there was little hesitation from me. After I accepted, he handed over a signed handwritten card to act as a contract of sorts.

Months have passed since then. His attitude has mellowed, and the topic has never been brought up again. I keep the pass card hidden between my phone and the cover. Every now and then, I take it out and look at it, wondering if it will ever be of use...

Hey! I hope you liked the premise of the post. I would love to play it out with a literate partner who also revels in that cheating aspect of the roleplay and is willing to share their point of view with him. I have been intentionally vague about who I may use the hall pass with, as I would love to discuss it with you and hear your ideas.
