newbie here

I mainly play moira and mercy and I'm currently in bronze 3 but it's so hard to win, literally 5 losses and one win and I'm not saying I play great but I would say I'm average or very good for that rank. I only notice that I have more wins if I find a team to play with because as a support you don't have much influence and the ability to carry the game compared to if you're a good tank or dps. I would appreciate some advice if you have it and I know that many people don't like moira but trust me I mostly only heals and do damage when needed. And of course if you have any other characters to recommend that aren't so difficult for beginners.
